About Us
Edward V. Regan
Edward founded Ultimate in 1990 and is President and Senior Clearance Officer. He is a long standing veteran of the title insurance industry. Ed has handled some of the most complex commercial real estate transactions in New York. He is an outstanding resource for the legal community as he is extremely knowledgeable on matters involving real property, and is very efficient and responsive to legal inquiries. He writes policies on behalf of Stewart Title and First American Title Insurance Company.
Thomas J. Hanik
Tom is responsible for business development, servicing existing clients, and hosting continuing legal education seminars for attorneys. He received a Master of Science Real Estate from New York University, Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Hofstra University and a Master of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary.
